To ensure the smooth operation of our practice and to best support your therapeutic journey, session fees are payable prior to each appointment.
This policy allows us to dedicate our full attention to your session without administrative interruptions and helps maintain clarity regarding our financial arrangements. Prepayment also secures your scheduled time slot, ensuring consistency in your care.

Individual Psychotherapy
50 minutes - £75
100 Minutes - £150
Block bookings for 10 sessions can be arranged at a reduced rate - usually 10% less.
Double (100 minute) sessions are not usual and is only offered as needed or in consultation.

Relationship Therapy
90 minutes - £115
Longer sessions could be arranged as the needs of the relationship and those within the relationship require. This will be discussed as the work emerges and the needs are known.

Group and TTRPG
Per member - £35
Group therapy is arranged per individual member of the group.
In order to make the most of the group dynamic, the members of a group remain consistent over a period of time and therefore payment is due whether you attend or not.
TTRPG sessions are to be discussed when the need arises and a group is formed around specific needs and requirements.

Reduced Cost
A reduced fee can be asked for and is calculated on affordability to the client.
There is a limited amount of lower cost spaces and currently only 3 are available.
