Starting therapy can feel like a big step. You do not need to have the right words or be sure about what you need before reaching out. A first message is simply a way to begin a conversation and see whether this feels like the right space for you.

How I offer therapy
I provide therapy online and in person.
Online sessions take place via a secure video platform. Depending on your preference, we can use Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or Discord.
Face-to-face psychotherapy takes place in calm, confidential therapy rooms in central and greater London.
