Ways to work with me
I offer individual, relational, and group therapy in a space that is inclusive, affirming, and adapted to how you think and experience the world. All work is grounded in Relational Transactional Analysis and informed by trauma-aware, neurodivergent-affirming practice.
Sessions are available face-to-face in London and online across the UK.
Psychotherapy for Adults
Individual therapy offers a space to explore your inner world, understand long-standing patterns, and develop new ways of relating to yourself and others.
Many clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected. Others are navigating identity, trauma, burnout, or relationships. Together, we work to understand your experiences at your pace, in a way that feels safe and collaborative.
This may include exploring:
-
Trauma and past experiences
-
ADHD, Autism, and neurodivergence
-
Identity, self-worth, and belonging
-
Anxiety, emotional intensity, or burnout
-
Relationship patterns and attachment
-
Masking and the impact of long-term adaptation
Relationship Therapy
Relationship therapy provides a supportive space to explore communication, connection, and relational patterns.
I work with couples, polycules, and people in diverse relationship structures, including ethical non-monogamy and LGBTQ+ relationships. Therapy focuses on understanding each person’s experience and developing healthier, more secure ways of relating.
Relationship therapy can support:
-
Communication difficulties
-
Conflict and misunderstanding
-
Emotional disconnection
-
Navigating neurodivergence within relationships
-
Ethical non-monogamy and polyamory
-
Strengthening emotional intimacy and trust
Geek and Game-Informed Therapy
For many clients, stories, games, and narrative provide meaningful ways to understand identity, challenge, and change.
I integrate metaphor, narrative, and shared language drawn from gaming, storytelling, and systems thinking to support emotional exploration and insight. This is particularly helpful for neurodivergent clients and those who connect strongly with fictional worlds, characters, and symbolic thinking.
This is not about turning therapy into a game. It is about using familiar frameworks to explore real experiences in a way that feels accessible and meaningful.
Groups run in 10-week blocks to support consistency and depth. Places are booked as a block to maintain group stability.
Group Therapy
Group therapy offers a supportive environment to connect with others, share experiences, and develop new ways of relating.
Groups provide opportunities for reflection, growth, and belonging alongside others who may share similar experiences, particularly around neurodivergence, identity, and communication.
Group therapy can help with:
-
Feeling less isolated or alone
-
Building confidence in communication
-
Understanding relational patterns
-
Developing emotional awareness
-
Learning through shared experience
